Classic Case 1

Baotou-Linhe Gas Pipeline Project: Invested and constructed by Inner Mongolia West Natural Gas Co., Ltd., the project covers a total length of about 258 kilometers, passing through Jiuyuan District of Baotou City, Urad Front Banner and Wuyuan County of Bayannur City, and finally reaching Linhe District. A total of 10 monitoring valve chambers and 3 stations (including one expanded station in Baotou) are set up along the whole line. The construction work began in June, 2023, and the inspection was completed on July 31, 2024. There are 15,452 weld joints inspected by DR and 380 weld joints inspected by PAUT.

Classic Case 2

Shell Penguin FPSO Leak Detection Project: The Shell Penguin FPSO project is the largest domestic cylindrical FPSO built by Offshore Oil Engineering (Qingdao) Co., Ltd. for the Penguin Oilfield located in the North Sea of the United Kingdom. The buoy diameter is 87.5 meters, the hull diameter is 70 meters, and the platform height is 32 meters. Our company provides leak detection technology services such as airtight testing and helium-nitrogen leak detection for the Shell Penguin FPSO. The operation lasted for 50 days and was successfully completed and delivered.
