On October 7, 2024, T-ALL Inspection Group successfully convened its series of meetings for the third quarter of 2024. The meetings were held simultaneously in Chengdu, Korla, Luntai, and Suining, utilizing a combination of online and offline methods to ensure efficient communication and collaboration among cross-regional teams. The meetings were divided into three parts: business meetings, teamwork style meetings, and training sessions, aiming to comprehensively summarize the work achievements of the third quarter and clarify the development direction for the next stage in the fourth quarter. Participants included the management of T-ALL Inspection, heads of various operating units and departments, Amoeba team leaders, and key personnel.


During the business analysis meetings, Zheng Xiaoyong, Secretary to the Board and Manager of the Planning and Operation Department, first briefed the group on the overall business performance for the third quarter. Heads of various units actively engaged in discussions about market and operational performance during the third quarter, including achievements and issues. During the meeting, Tian Weiqiang, Chief Financial Officer, emphasized the importance of cost reduction and efficiency enhancement, particularly reminding Amoeba teams to closely monitor the potential impact of rising project costs on profitability. Participants engaged in heated discussions around the analysis of third-quarter business results and the focus of the next stage, pooling their wisdom and exploring core topics such as key projects, market breakthrough strategies, and business development directions. They contributed numerous valuable insights and suggestions to the group's future development blueprint.

At the teamwork style meetings, Amoeba team leaders actively shared positive and negative case studies and conducted in-depth learning and reflection. The meetings focused on the theme of "Rapid Response, Enhanced Delivery Efficiency." Participants collectively analyzed the lessons learned from negative cases while vigorously promoting the excellent teamwork demonstrated in positive cases. Zheng Xiaoyong proposed a need to further consolidate team unity, strengthen team cohesion and combat effectiveness, aiming to propel the company's various tasks to new heights and prepare adequately for the comprehensive business sprint in 2024. Additionally, participants actively shared their views, not only presenting valuable practical experiences but also jointly discussing future development blueprints and directions.

During the training sessions, T-ALL Inspection Group specially invited external lecturer Cao Wenbin to deliver a presentation on "Practical Project Management," which covered key content such as project management breakdown principles, project management thinking, and project process control in an easy-to-understand manner. Under Cao Wenbin's comprehensive explanation, the training course progressed systematically. Participants were enthusiastic and actively interacted with the lecturer, engaging in in-depth discussions on practical project management cases. This process effectively promoted the enhancement of participants' project management capabilities.

Throughout the series of meetings, Guan Qingbin, CEO of T-ALL Inspection Group, conducted a comprehensive analysis and summary of the third-quarter work and made key deployments for the next step in the fourth quarter. Guan Qingbin emphasized several key directions: in terms of orders, he acknowledged the achievements in new market expansion during the third quarter and pointed out the need to further streamline orders for development; in terms of operation management, he reiterated the importance of adhering to quality standards; in terms of cost control, he proposed strengthening the control of labor costs to achieve precise matching of talent and positions; in terms of team globalization transformation, he emphasized the need for meticulous planning and selecting talents with a global perspective and leadership to lead the transformation process.
