At the beginning of August 2021, the team of  Anton Tongao International DMCC received the bidding notice of CNOOC flowmeter calibration project in buzuergan and immediately took action to organize the bidding work. In the early stage of bid preparation, with the active assistance of general manager Li Jun of buzuergan business department, the team of Iraq branch has a better understanding of the bidding information of the project, such as customer requirements and competitors. While preparing the bidding document, the team of Iraq branch company continuously implemented relevant resources at home and abroad, calculated the cost and profit margin for many times, and finally completed the bidding work on time.

In November, the team of  Anton Tongao International DMCC successfully won the bid for the project, with a project amount of 800000 US dollars and a validity period of 42 months. When bidding,  Anton Tongao International DMCC plans to cooperate with local companies in technical services to complete the testing work, but the customer puts forward the demand that the calibration engineer must be Chinese.

At this time, although the operation time was less than 3 weeks away, under the reasonable arrangement of Wang Wenbin, general manager of Iraq branch, the team members acted separately, looking for Chinese engineers and confirming the arrival time of the third-party company, while maintaining communication with customers and mastering the project dynamics in time. Under the influence of the epidemic, it is very difficult for people to move from China to Iraq, and the cost of returning home is very high. In order to avoid losses, we conducted continuous negotiation and communication, and finally determined the calibration engineer personnel within the planned time of the project, and arrived at the site on time to carry out operations.
