In order to help the new employees to realize the role change as soon as possible, integrate into the T-ALL Inspection Group family and enhance the sense of honor and belonging of the new employees, on September 1, 2022, the Gas Seal Testing Branch conducted a new employee orientation speech contest with great corporate characteristics, which was nailed live for all employees of the Gas Seal Testing Branch to create a good interactive atmosphere.

Six leaders, including Wang Lizhi, Vice General Manager of T-ALL Inspection Group, Huang Mei, Human Resources Manager of Tong'ao Testing, Li Xudong, General Manager of Gas Seal Testing Branch, and Wang Junming, Equipment Manager, were the judges of the competition, and nine new employees participated in the competition. In the speech, the contestants focused on the theme of "Farewell to Campus, Beginning to Work", combined with their profound feelings when facing difficulties and challenges during the training and working hours, expressed their firm belief in the company and strong sense of belonging, and showed the power and pioneering spirit of the new employees of T-ALL Inspection Group. A total of one, two and three prizes were selected for this competition.

After the competition, Manager Huang Mei made a comment and summary, saying that the group attaches great importance to this speech contest for new employees, and the gas seal testing branch provides a platform for all new employees to show their talents and realize their self-worth, hoping that the new employees can quickly change from the identity role of students, actively participate in various positions, burn their energy with youth, and fully realize the value of life.

Mr. Li Xudong made a message to the new employees, one is to "stay close to the theme and focus on the goal". Do a good job of personal career planning; secondly, "do your duty and be ambitious". Be down-to-earth and treat your job with full of spirit; third, "take a step forward and go further", and establish the belief of learning and living till old age.

The speech contest for new employees of Gas Seal Inspection Branch not only stimulated the participation and enthusiasm of new employees, but also enhanced their sense of belonging to the company and reflected their positive and energetic spirit.
