Job responsibilities:

1. Quality management and system construction: Develop and maintain the quality management system related to oil casing detection, ensure compliance with international and domestic relevant regulations, standards, and technical specifications, such as API, ISO, etc. Be responsible for laboratory qualification certification, review, and its daily management to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the test data.

2. Technical research and development and application: According to the industry development trend and the company's strategic goals, formulate the technical research and development plan and medium-and long-term development planning for the detection of oil casing materials and performance. Organize and carry out the research and verification of the testing methods of new types of oil casing products, and improve the existing testing technology and process.

3. Detection business management: Comprehensively manage various detection businesses such as the physical property testing, chemical composition analysis, and non-destructive testing of oil casings and other related tools to ensure the efficient and orderly progress of the testing service. Manage and optimize the allocation of testing resources, including equipment use, consumable material procurement, and personnel configuration.

4. Team building and talent training: Form and lead a professional technical team, be responsible for the training, assessment, and motivation of team members, and enhance the overall technical level and service capability. Coordinate internal and external technical exchanges and collaborations to promote technological innovation and talent growth.

5. Safety management and compliance: Implement safety production rules and regulations to ensure the safety of laboratory operations and prevent the occurrence of safety accidents. Ensure that all testing activities comply with national laws, industry regulations, and the company's internal system.

6. Customer service and market development: Participate in the technical connection with important customers, handle technical problems in the testing process, provide professional suggestions and technical support. Develop new testing service areas, track industry trends, grasp market demands, and increase market share.

Job requirements:

1. Educational background: Have a bachelor's degree or above in petroleum engineering, materials science and engineering, mechanical engineering, or related majors, and a master's or doctoral degree is preferred.

2. Work experience: More than 5 years of work experience in petroleum equipment testing or related fields, with at least 3 years of team management experience; those who have worked in testing technology research or quality management in large oil companies or oil casing production enterprises are preferred.

3. Professional skills: Familiar with petroleum equipment, especially the design, manufacturing process, and quality control standards of oil casings; understand and master the relevant regulations, standards, and norms of domestic and foreign oil casing detection; have solid theoretical knowledge of quality management and be familiar with various non-destructive testing techniques and methods; Have good technical research and development capabilities, be able to track the cutting-edge technical trends of the industry, and apply it to practical work.

4. Ability and quality: Strong sense of responsibility and professional dedication, possess excellent organizational and coordination capabilities and team leadership; Have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, as well as the ability to undertake project research and development independently; Good communication and expression skills, and be able to effectively conduct internal and external technical exchanges and collaborations; Good English, able to read and understand relevant English technical materials and standards.
