The project management consulting (PMC) technical team controls and manages aspects such as quality, safety, cost, schedule, contracts, and information. They ensure comprehensive communication and coordination between the client, contractors, subcontractors, and third-party companies. This ensures the project is delivered on time, within budget, and with the required quality.
Equipment Supervision (Materials/Equipment Procurement)
The on-site supervision team is responsible for supplier qualification audits, production scheduling and inspection plans, incoming inspection of raw materials/purchased parts, process testing witness, final factory inspection, packaging and shipment witnessing, and collecting and reviewing process documentation.
