Comply with national laws, regulations, and the requirements of the qualification certification management measures, fulfill legal obligations, assume corresponding responsibilities, and publicly display the commitment letter in the sample reception hall and on the company website.
Maintain independent testing and independent judgment, and preserve and enhance the recognized testing capabilities;
Adhere to the principles of openness, fairness, and equal treatment of all clients in testing services;
Do not engage in research and development, production, or other activities related to the products submitted for testing by clients; do not accept investment sponsorships or proxy arrangements that may compromise the impartiality of testing.It requires that it does not intervene in the market competition and interest conflicts between customers;
Safeguard clients' rights by protecting their ownership and patent rights from infringement. Maintain impartial relationships with clients, data users, and stakeholders to ensure fair and unbiased decision-making. Avoid any undue pressure or interference. Implement strict confidentiality management for all client-provided materials, including testing methods, technical specifications, drawings, process documents, manuals, contracts, and test results, as well as the physical samples and test outcomes.
Actively fulfilling social responsibilities, the company and its employees are accountable for public duties, ethical conduct, and philanthropic support, while proactively meeting societal obligations.
The company's inspection and testing personnel shall not hold concurrent positions at two or more testing institutions, nor participate in any activities that may compromise the impartiality of testing.
Upholding integrity and credibility, our company and its employees strictly adhere to the code of conduct for honesty and trustworthiness, ensuring that all professional commitments align with our inspection and testing practices.
Not to obstruct customers from lodging complaints related to testing, and to provide reasonable responses within the agreed timeframe, while accepting supervision from regulatory authorities and the public to enhance the credibility of inspection and testing institutions.
