Key leaders from PetroChina Indonesia's PCI branch, Li Panpeng, Executive Director of T-ALL Inspection, along with major members of the project team, and Zhou Fuxian, General Manager of the Southeast Asia Business Department of Anton Oilfield Services Group, attended the meeting. After a comprehensive review, the project outcomes received high recognition from the client, marking a milestone success in the 299-day cross-border collaborative project.

Since its launch on May 19, 2024, T-ALL Inspection, in collaboration with the Southeast Asia Business Department of Anton Oilfield Services Group, has formed a multi-disciplinary expert team, working in conjunction with the local business department to establish a project leadership and support group. Through repeated and in-depth analysis, and tailored to the actual conditions on the client's site, a detailed project execution plan was formulated. Despite numerous challenges, all tasks were completed on schedule.
At the meeting, senior management from PetroChina Indonesia's PCI branch highly praised the project outcomes, stating that through the high-quality work of the project team, they had gained a very clear understanding of the current state of asset management at the Jabung Oilfield, provided a scientific and objective evaluation of the risks associated with asset operations, and proposed clear implementation strategies and plans for continuously improving asset management levels, as well as identifying and resolving existing asset management issues in a timely manner. The results were solid, and the effects were significant. High praise and gratitude were extended to T-ALL Inspection for its professional capabilities and pragmatic work ethic rooted in the oilfield site.

During the meeting, the project team also presented detailed recommendations for the work to be carried out in Phase II of the project and provided technical solutions for major risks and hazards identified in Phase I. The client's key leaders expressed on the spot that Phase II of the project is necessary and that work on the plan should commence immediately to facilitate its implementation as soon as possible. Through the in-depth and sustained implementation of the project, not only will various safety and quality hazards on-site be addressed, but asset management levels and team capabilities will also be comprehensively enhanced to achieve sustainable and high-quality development of the oilfield.

Li Panpeng stated in his address, "We are deeply grateful for the full trust, enthusiastic assistance, and unwavering support provided by the oilfield leadership, departments at all levels, and on-site staff. The success of the project is a process of mutual empowerment and a result of joint efforts from both sides; it would not have been possible without the open attitude and pragmatic work ethic of the oilfield leadership. Our company highly values and cherishes this project opportunity, always adhering to rigorous and meticulous project principles, based on the actual conditions of oilfield assets, and taking the actual development needs of the oilfield as the starting point to grasp the project direction and quality." Li Panpeng concluded by stating that the company will actively support the oilfield in carrying out follow-up work for Phase II of the project and contribute to the continuous improvement of oilfield asset management levels.
The perfect delivery of this project marks a new milestone in T-ALL Inspection's technical capabilities and service levels in the field of asset integrity management. The team's adaptability to complex environments demonstrated during project implementation fully validates its technical coordination and execution capabilities in cross-border projects.
