On July 15, T-ALL Inspection Group Chairman Shen Haihong, CEO Guan Qingbin, and other executives met with Mr. Hassani, Manager of the Technical Bureau of the Iraqi Ministry of Oil, in Baghdad. This meeting coincided with the strengthening of China-Iraq energy cooperation under the Belt and Road Initiative.
The T-ALL Inspection delegation presented its localization strategy achievements in Iraq, including talent development, technical training systems, and cross-cultural team management. Mr. Hassani expressed strong recognition of T-ALL Inspection's capacity building efforts in Iraq, particularly praising its core competencies as vital support for the local oil industry.
Mr. Hassani explicitly stated that the Technical Bureau would fully support T-ALL Inspection’s development in Iraq, providing assistance in third-party qualification reviews and the application of advanced testing technologies. Both parties agreed to deepen cooperation in oilfield testing technology innovation and equipment upgrades. This includes jointly developing new technologies, enhancing the automation and intelligence of testing, and promoting the high-quality development of Iraq’s petroleum industry.
He meeting solidified the partnership and added new momentum to T-ALL Inspection’s global strategy. T-ALL Inspection pledged to strengthen strategic collaboration with the Iraqi government and industry partners, continuously providing efficient and precise testing services to contribute to the high-quality development of the Belt and Road Initiative and write a new chapter of win-win cooperation.
