Seizing the momentum of spring, the construction site of T-ALL Inspection’s Ziyang Tubing & Casing Southwest Maintenance Base is bustling with activity. Foundation works are progressing steadily, while both key and auxiliary equipment manufacturing is advancing in an orderly manner.
The project team remains committed to a rigorous approach, strictly adhering to planning standards and carefully controlling every stage to ensure both quality and schedule targets are fully met.

The Ziyang base is designed to leverage AI technologies to enable intelligent production and operations.
In equipment manufacturing, advanced processes have been introduced by integrating magnetic flux leakage (MFL) and ultrasonic eddy current units into a single system. Through an innovative mechanical structure, this enables one-stop inspection of internal and external tubing defects.
Eddy current testing has been adapted for nickel-based alloys, which are non-ferromagnetic conductive materials. This allows for non-contact inspection without magnetic saturation or coupling agents, ensuring no damage to highly corrosion-resistant surfaces while supporting continuous automated operations. This integrated structure significantly improves inspection efficiency and is well-suited for online inspection of coiled tubing.
In terms of on-site safety management, an intelligent monitoring system is being deployed. High-definition cameras and multiple sensors will collect multi-dimensional data, enabling accurate identification of unsafe operations and triggering real-time alerts for immediate intervention.

In addition, without excavation of the foundation, water-eye drilling holes are being prepared to support future equipment installation and fixation. Electrical pipelines are being reconfigured to optimize power distribution and gas supply, ensuring operational requirements are met. The installation of the main cable trays is currently underway.

Strong Market Potential, Expanding Technical Capabilities
The Ziyang base will use the Sichuan–Chongqing market as its foundation, expanding its reach to Southwest, Central, and Northwest China, further strengthening T-ALL Inspection’s business footprint.
Building on the forward-looking positioning of tubing repair services, future development will focus on precision machining of short joints, anti-corrosion coatings, and threading services, expanding the company’s integrated capabilities.
To date, the project has completed approximately RMB 20 million in initial investment. The base is designed with an annual processing capacity of 80,000 tubing units and a maximum storage capacity of 15,000 units, meeting the operational demands of oil & gas fields in the Sichuan–Chongqing region.

Full-scale construction resumed on February 24, with strict safety management measures in place. The project is scheduled for full completion in May 2026. Upon completion, clients will be invited to visit the site to verify production capabilities, supporting stable operations and efficient future production.
