T-ALL Inspection Signs Overseas Market Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Inspur Yunzhou

On March 31, 2026, T-ALL Inspection Group and Inspur Yunzhou Industrial Internet Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Inspur Yunzhou”) successfully held a strategic cooperation meeting in Beijing. Representatives from both sides attended the meeting, including Pan Fan (Sales Director of Inspur Yunzhou), Mao Kui (Pre-sales Director), Zhu Yuhong (Overseas Business Solutions Pre-sales Manager), as well as Hou Xiaoyao (CIO of T-ALL Inspection), Yan Tingwei (General Manager of Pipeline Inspection Division), and Song Hancheng (Chief Technical Expert of Pipeline Inspection Division). The two parties officially signed a cooperation agreement, marking a solid step forward in collaboration between the industrial internet and pipeline inspection sectors.

As a key subsidiary of Inspur Group dedicated to industrial internet business, Inspur Yunzhou plays an important role in building industrial digital infrastructure. Positioned as an internationally influential industrial internet platform operator, it has accumulated extensive experience in overseas projects across Africa, Central Asia, Latin America, and the Middle East. At the beginning of the meeting, Hou Xiaoyao, Yan Tingwei, and Song Hancheng extended a warm welcome to the Inspur Yunzhou delegation. In his remarks, Hou Xiaoyao noted that T-ALL Inspection has long been committed to advancing the intelligent development of inspection technologies, and that Inspur Yunzhou’s deep expertise in the industrial internet creates broad opportunities for collaboration. He expressed expectations to deepen mutual understanding, explore practical applications, and jointly promote digital transformation in the industry. Zhu Yuhong from Inspur Yunzhou also expressed strong willingness to jointly expand into international markets.

During the exchange session, Song Hancheng provided an in-depth analysis of the current challenges and opportunities in pipeline inspection, sharing T-ALL Inspection’s exploration and practices in digitalization and intelligent technologies. Zhang Chi, Manager of T-ALL Inspection’s AI Technology Services Company, introduced the company’s digital inspection solutions and application scenarios, highlighting the significant potential of AI technologies in pipeline inspection. Both parties conducted in-depth discussions on technical collaboration and market expansion, reaching multiple consensuses.

Subsequently, witnessed by all participants, T-ALL Inspection Group and Inspur Yunzhou officially signed the Overseas Market Strategic Cooperation Agreement. According to the agreement, both parties will focus on industrial IoT platforms and oil & gas digitalization projects across the Middle East, Africa, Central Asia, and Latin America. Inspur Yunzhou will provide core digital infrastructure capabilities including cloud platforms, big data, AI, and IoT, while T-ALL Inspection will contribute its core oil & gas digital business systems to jointly develop interconnected oil & gas platform solutions tailored for overseas markets.

In addition, the two parties will collaborate comprehensively in areas such as product system integration, market registration and representation mechanisms, joint solution development, and project delivery coordination. This cooperation reflects the complementary strengths and resource sharing of both sides, and will jointly promote the digital transformation and upgrading of the pipeline inspection industry, supporting sustained business growth and global expansion.
