On August 31, 2026, T-ALL Inspection Group and Xi’an Dongfang Hongye Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Dongfang Hongye”) held a special exchange meeting in Xi’an. Wu Qingtao, Chairman of Dongfang Hongye, and Xu Guoliang, Vice President, attended the meeting together with the company’s core technical and business teams. During the meeting, both parties introduced their respective development histories, core technology systems, business footprints, and innovation achievements. Guan Qingbin provided a systematic overview of T-ALL Inspection Group’s technical expertise and project experience in the global oil and gas inspection sector, with particular emphasis on the development plan for its domestic business network. Wu Qingtao shared Dongfang Hongye’s technical expertise and representative project experience accumulated in the Northwest China market, focusing on pipeline safety monitoring, intelligent UAV inspection, oilfield digitalization solutions, and related fields.
The two parties held in-depth discussions on key topics including the development of inspection service capabilities in Northwest China, the implementation of digital technologies, and regional business collaboration. They identified cooperation areas in which both sides can complement and empower each other and agreed to strengthen collaboration in business coordination, technology sharing, joint digital development, and project cooperation. The two companies will also provide mutual support in corporate development, brand enhancement, and deeper regional market expansion, while jointly exploring innovative service models for oil and gas inspection.
This exchange established an important channel for experience sharing in support of the development of T-ALL Inspection’s Northwest Regional Service Center. Both parties confirmed that their technical capabilities and regional resources are highly complementary and that there is broad potential for future cooperation. Following the meeting, the two sides agreed to establish a regular communication mechanism and appoint dedicated business representatives as permanent points of contact. Technical and business exchanges will be carried out on a regular basis, with experience sharing centered on the development of the Northwest Regional Service Center, jointly enhancing the capabilities and service standards of oil and gas safety and digital solutions.
