On the afternoon of May 14, 2025, T-ALL Inspection Group, in collaboration with Anton Oilfield Services Group (hereinafter referred to as "Anton Group"), held a special exchange meeting with Dalian Inspection Testing Certification Group (hereinafter referred to as "DITC Group") to deepen cooperation in the field of inspection and testing. Wang Guohua, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Director, and General Manager of DITC Group, led a delegation to attend the exchange. Accompanying him were key business leaders including Lu Zhong, Director of the NQI Center; Zang Xiaohui, Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of Dalian Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspection and Testing Research Institute Co., Ltd.; and Zhao Shiyang, Regional Manager of the Central Region. On the Anton side, Liu Guoqing, Executive Vice President of Anton Group and Vice Chairman of T-ALL Inspection Group; Cui Weitao, Vice President of Anton Petroleum Technology Group; Liu Zhendong, General Manager of T-ALL Inspection Group China Region; Li Deming, Deputy Manager of the Technology Center of Anton Petroleum Technology Group; and Wang Qiang, General Manager of the Direct Sales Business Department of T-ALL Inspection Group China Region, participated in the reception and attended the exchange meeting.
DITC Group was established in 2018 and completed its mixed-ownership reform on November 29, 2024. Its history can be traced back to 1946. As a member of the Council of the China Association for Quality Inspection and a Vice President Unit of the Import and Export Commodity Inspection and Appraisal Institutions Branch of the China Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Association, DITC Group is a comprehensive quality service organization focusing on "standards, metrology, inspection and testing, and certification." Its business scope covers all elements of the National Quality Infrastructure (NQI). Currently, it has set up more than 20 branches across the country, with business coverage in over 150 cities.
During the exchange meeting, Liu Guoqing extended a warm welcome to the DITC Group delegation and systematically introduced the development history and domestic and international business overview of Anton Group. Subsequently, Liu Zhendong elaborated on the overall situation and business layout of T-ALL Inspection Group, fully demonstrating its professional strength and innovative achievements in the industry after years of deep cultivation. Representatives from DITC Group comprehensively introduced the basic information, inspection and testing qualifications, and business capabilities of their enterprise. They highlighted the industries covered by their business, the distribution of domestic business, and the progress of establishing branches in various regions. They expressed a strong intention to cooperate with T-ALL Inspection, especially in terms of complementary qualifications, markets, and clients, hoping for a strong alliance and complementary advantages in new regions and industries, aiming for a win-win situation.
During the discussion and interaction session, both sides engaged in in-depth exchanges on several key issues, including detection technology innovation, business collaboration expansion, and resource sharing. DITC Group highly praised Anton Petroleum's overseas expansion, T-ALL Inspection's development achievements, and business model, stating that there are many synergies between the two sides in the business field, and the cooperation prospects are very broad.
After this thorough exchange, T-ALL Inspection Group and DITC Group reached a preliminary cooperation intention, agreeing to promptly promote subsequent in-depth interactions, actively open up channels for business interconnection, jointly explore new paths and directions for the development of the inspection industry, and work together to inject new impetus into the high-quality development of the industry.
