The 2025 Intensive Training for Local Iraqi University Students by T-ALL Inspection Group Successfully Concludes

From September 18 to September 22, 2025, a group of energetic new faces gathered at the Basra base of T-ALL Inspection Group. These 10 university students, from Basra University and Maysan University, came together to participate in the "Local Talent Empowerment Program" intensive training. After five days of training, they will return to frontline positions and continue their careers with hands-on guidance from their mentors in a "one-on-one" apprenticeship model.

T-ALL Inspection Group views localization as a core strategic pillar. The company is committed to supporting the development of the Iraqi energy sector and cultivating young talent with international perspectives, excellent professional skills, and comprehensive management abilities. The successful implementation of this intensive training is a significant milestone in the company's efforts to develop outstanding local talent in 2025, and it vividly demonstrates the practical application of the Belt and Road Initiative in overseas oilfield development.

Young Athletes and Exemplary Internal Affairs: Cultivating Self-Discipline

During the training, “early exercise and strict internal affairs” became a daily routine. Every morning at 7:00, the trainees gathered promptly to start the day with a group run, followed by practicing the "swallow water scoop" exercise, which not only activated their muscles and improved physical fitness but also strengthened teamwork and discipline. After morning exercise, the trainees quickly began tidying their rooms, organizing personal belongings, and cleaning their living spaces according to a standardized routine, thereby honing their self-discipline and life planning skills. This part of the training not only helped the trainees develop healthy routines but also laid a solid foundation for future professional learning and team collaboration through the dual cultivation of "exercise + discipline."

Comprehensive Curriculum to Build a Professional Knowledge System

The training was conducted entirely in English and featured a comprehensive curriculum covering cultural integration, professional skills, business management, and career development. Five Iraqi instructors were specially invited to contribute their expertise across core fields such as marketing, QHSE, legal regulations, and inspection technologies. The marketing instructor broke down large client sales management techniques and shared customer cooperation strategies tailored to the Middle Eastern market. The QHSE expert provided real-world case studies to teach risk prevention and emergency response in occupational safety. The legal instructor focused on Iraqi labor laws, helping trainees understand the basic legal boundaries. Additionally, the curriculum included interpretations of corporate culture, strategic development, the AMIBA management system, inspection technical knowledge, and employee career development, offering a well-rounded education to equip trainees with the essential knowledge and skills needed for the workplace.

Diverse Activities to Foster Interaction and Enrich Training Experience

To enhance interaction and promote cultural integration, a series of special activities were carefully designed. Trainees watched the Chinese animated film Ne Zha to experience Chinese cultural values and deepen cross-cultural understanding. They also participated in a friendly football match where trainees and instructors formed teams to compete on the field, building friendships through collaboration and competition. The trainees took part in the "How to View 'Self-Motivation'" speech contest, which helped improve their logical thinking and public speaking skills while deepening their understanding of self-motivation.

Moreover, a Chinese calligraphy experience was organized, allowing the trainees to immerse themselves in the charm of Chinese calligraphy by practicing writing characters such as "进入通奥" (Enter T-ALL) and "中秋快乐" (Happy Mid-Autumn Festival), showcasing the cultural appeal of China. Before the training ended, the trainees organized a talent show, where they performed to demonstrate their diverse talents, further strengthening the bond among them.

AMIBA Management Empowerment and Awarding Excellence

The entire training process was conducted using the AMIBA small team management method. Each group worked with the mindset that "everyone is a manager," proactively pushing forward tasks and enhancing teamwork and problem-solving abilities. Based on classroom performance, team contributions, final exams, and participation in activities, the best individuals and teams were selected. At the closing ceremony, the group awarded honors to the outstanding individuals and teams, with applause echoing throughout the event. This not only recognized the trainees' growth but also validated the effectiveness of the AMIBA management model.

Chairman’s Message: Empowering Overseas Development with Youth

During the training, T-ALL Inspection Group’s Chairman, Shen Haihong, visited the Basra base to meet with the trainees and hold a face-to-face discussion. At the meeting, the 10 trainees shared their experiences and growth since joining the company. After carefully listening to each trainee, Shen Haihong said, “The overseas development of T-ALL Inspection cannot succeed without local talent. You are young, knowledgeable, and full of energy. You will be the core force driving the Group's future development in the Iraqi market.” His message greatly encouraged the trainees and strengthened their resolve to contribute to T-ALL’s growth in Iraq.

The successful completion of this training represents a key milestone in the implementation of T-ALL Inspection Group’s international talent strategy. Through a multi-dimensional approach of "personality development, professional learning, cultural activities, and management empowerment," the training not only helped the trainees transition from campus to the workplace but also created a bridge for cultural exchange between China and Iraq. It further demonstrates the company’s strategic commitment to nurturing exceptional local talent in Iraq. Moving forward, T-ALL Inspection will continue to deepen its talent development program with a more precise and efficient training system, contributing to the safe and efficient development of the global energy sector.
