The introduction of this new regulation not only clarifies the core principle of “who issues the report is responsible; who signs bears the liability,” but also establishes new behavioral norms and competency standards for the entire inspection and testing industry.

These ensure that all testing data is authoritative and compliant.
The team consists of 44 core technical professionals, all certified as registered metrology engineers, including 15 Level I and 29 Level II certified engineers.
