Job responsibilities:

1. On-site management and resource allocation: Urge the efficient progress of on-site testing work, and ensure that the testing power is sufficient and meets the project requirements. Organize and coordinate the members of the project department to enhance the on-site testing ability and technical level.

2. Quality management: Review and ensure the accuracy and compliance of the non-destructive testing reports of this profession. Assist the quality person in charge to solve the technical and quality problems involving non-destructive testing. Supervise and inspect the implementation process and quality control of on-site non-destructive testing work.

3. Customer service and market development: Manage the entire process of project marketing, be responsible for project marketing, organize market research, and ensure that it can guide the changes in the market and customer needs in a timely manner; be responsible for the oil field-related market research and development, customer construction and maintenance, and the timeliness of process and information account updates, and effectively manage customers and maintain relationships with customers;

4. Team building and management: Be responsible for the formation and management of the project department team of the non-destructive testing branch, including personnel training and development. Reasonably allocate the human resources of the project department to ensure that the project tasks are completed on schedule.

5. Cost control and financial management: Control the expenses of each project, strengthen internal cost accounting, and strive to reduce costs and improve economic benefits.

Job requirements:

1. Educational background: Bachelor degree or above, requiring graduation from related majors such as mechanical engineering, materials science, welding technology and engineering, non-destructive testing technology.

2. Work experience: With more than 3 years of work experience in the non-destructive testing industry and project management experience. Those who have served as project managers in non-destructive testing projects in oil and gas field pipelines or other special fields are preferred.

3. Qualification certificates: Must hold the relevant II level or above qualification certificates for non-destructive testing of Chinese special equipment, such as RT-II, UT-II, MT-II, PT-II, etc., and be required to have advanced certificates such as TOFD-II, DR-II, PAUT-II. Have the practical operation skills and theoretical knowledge of multiple non-destructive testing methods, and the practical experience of the corresponding projects. Be registered or capable of registering the relevant non-destructive testing qualifications under the company's name.

4. Management ability: Have excellent team leadership and organizational coordination ability, be able to lead the team to complete the engineering tasks independently, and ensure that the project progress and quality meet the standards. Have good communication skills and interpersonal skills, and be able to maintain good relationships with the client and other partners, and effectively coordinate resources and solve problems. Be able to develop project plans, control project risks, manage project budgets and costs.

5. Other requirements: Language ability requirements: English, Russian, Arabic, any one, can communicate smoothly, good listening, speaking, reading and writing skills; Good health, able to adapt to business trips and on-site working environment, with strong pressure resistance.
