Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead the AI-driven planning and implementation for group-level enterprise management and product lines, deeply exploring AI application opportunities within business scenarios and defining a clear product intelligence roadmap.

2. Take ownership of AI product feature planning, including requirement research, product prototyping, and PRD documentation, ensuring accurate requirement delivery aligned with business objectives.

3. Work closely with frontend, backend, and algorithm teams to drive AI model selection and technical solution implementation; coordinate cross-functional collaboration and resolve issues during development to ensure on-time delivery.

4. Track post-launch performance of AI products and lead data-driven iterations; optimize product features based on user feedback and business insights to enhance intelligent user experience.

5. Stay up to date with AI technology trends and competitor developments, integrating cutting-edge technologies with business needs and proposing innovative product optimization solutions.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields; background in oil & gas, energy, or related industries is a plus.

2. 3–5 years of experience as an AI-related Product Manager, with proven experience delivering large-scale AI products from 0 to 1; familiarity with mainstream AI technologies such as large language model applications, machine learning, computer vision, and NLP.

3. Strong product mindset with the ability to translate complex business problems into AI product requirements; proficient in product design tools such as Axure, Figma, and XMind.

4. Strong passion for AI technologies with high learning agility; able to work under pressure, with an innovative mindset and solid business acumen.
