From October 9 to 11, 2025, T-ALL Inspection Group, as an ECITB-authorized training provider for flange management, successfully hosted the 2025 Second Session of the ECITB Flange Management Course at the training base in Suining, Sichuan. The course was aimed at empowering industry skills, offering both in-person and online theoretical teaching, alongside domestic standards related to torque tightening. Eighteen trainees from the oil, chemical, and offshore engineering sectors completed full-module training on MJI 01/10/11/18/19/20, passing both written exams and practical tests, and receiving ECITB-certified training certificates valid for 24 months. As of now, T-ALL Inspection Group has successfully trained over 40 ECITB-certified flange engineers this year, continuing to empower China’s oil, chemical, and offshore industries.

This training course followed the “Theory + Practical + Certification” closed-loop model. On the first day, the classroom focused on analyzing flange failure cases, combining ECITB MJI standards with domestic regulations to practice torque calculations. On the second day, the trainees entered the hands-on training area, using manual wrenches, hydraulic wrenches, and tensioners for graded and symmetrical fastening, achieving zero leakage with a single installation. During the practical test, all trainees completed gasket selection, torque calculation, tool calibration, and sealing verification within 15 minutes, passing on the first attempt.

T-ALL Inspection adheres to the “zero leakage, zero rework” training philosophy, transforming global standards into on-site habits, safeguarding the last line of defense for high-end energy facilities in China. Moving forward, T-ALL Inspection will continue to upgrade its course system, deeply integrating ECITB international standards with more domestic facility scenarios, advancing flange management from “experience-driven” to “standard-driven.” In the future, every flange management engineer who graduates from T-ALL's training will carry the global technical language, ensuring zero leakage at startup, zero hidden risks during operation, and zero rework during maintenance, making continuous contributions to the safe operation of the global energy industry.

The registration for the third session is now open: online and offline classes are available, with 30 spots. We welcome units and individuals with training needs to participate.
