On December 16, 2025, T-ALL Inspection Group held a ceremony for the establishment and signing of an Internship and Practical Training Base Cooperation Agreement with Xinjiang University of Science & Technology at the Group’s Korla office.
Representing the university were Mr. Liu Zhilin, Dean of the School of Business Administration; Mr. Shen Xuguang, Deputy Secretary of the Party General Branch; and Mr. Hu Hefei, Deputy Director of the Teaching and Research Office of Human Resource Management.
They were warmly received by Mr. Liu Zhendong, Deputy General Manager of T-ALL Inspection Group; Mr. Zheng Xiaoyong, Secretary of the Board; Mr. Liu Yun, General Manager of the Xinjiang Business Division (China Region); Mr. Zhang Hongbo, Manager of the Luntai Base Service Department; and Mr. Xu Yong, Deputy Manager of the Shared Human Resources Department. All participants joined the discussions and witnessed this important milestone together.
Xinjiang University of Science & Technology, located in Korla, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, is a full-time undergraduate institution with a focus on engineering, finance & economics, and medical sciences. It is a provincially administered university approved by the Ministry of Education, a bachelor’s degree–granting institution, and a core member of the national pilot alliance for the integration of industry and education.
At the opening of the meeting, Mr. Liu Zhendong extended a warm welcome to the university delegation on behalf of T-ALL Inspection Group. He noted that this cooperation represents a meaningful step in deepening university–enterprise collaboration and promoting the effective integration of the education and industry chains. He expressed hope that both parties would work closely together to cultivate more high-quality professionals for the industry.
Dean Liu Zhilin then introduced the university’s development history, educational philosophy, and achievements in talent cultivation. He emphasized the university’s student-centered approach, strong focus on practical skills and innovation, and continuous optimization of academic programs and teaching quality to better serve societal needs.


Following this, participants watched the corporate video of T-ALL Inspection Group, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the Group’s development journey and capabilities. After the video, Mr. Liu Zhendong further elaborated on the Group’s current operations, highlighting T-ALL Inspection’s years of expertise in the inspection sector, its strong technical capabilities, high-quality services, extensive domestic presence, and growing reputation in international markets.
During the in-depth discussion session, leaders from both sides exchanged views on internship base development, talent training models, and scientific research cooperation, reaching broad consensus.Mr. Zheng Xiaoyong introduced T-ALL Inspection Group’s IPO plans, noting that the Group is actively preparing for listing to leverage capital markets for scale expansion, brand enhancement, and high-quality growth.Mr. Zhang Hongbo shared operational experience and service achievements at the Luntai Base; Mr. Liu Yun presented the Xinjiang Business Division’s strategies and progress in market expansion and customer service; and Mr. Xu Yong outlined key initiatives in talent recruitment, training, and team development.The leadership of Xinjiang University of Science & Technology spoke highly of T-ALL Inspection Group’s professional strength and development prospects and expressed strong interest in expanding cooperation in talent cultivation and research collaboration. The university also indicated its willingness to provide ongoing talent and research support to the Group.
Finally, witnessed by all attendees, the signing and plaque-awarding ceremony officially took place. Dean Liu Zhilin and Mr. Liu Zhendong, representing their respective institutions, signed the cooperation agreement and jointly unveiled the plaque for the internship and practical training base. This marked the formal launch of the partnership and a new chapter in university–enterprise cooperation and collaborative talent development.


The successful signing of this cooperation agreement reflects the complementary strengths, resource sharing, and mutual benefit between T-ALL Inspection Group and Xinjiang University of Science & Technology. Moving forward, both parties will further strengthen communication, deepen cooperation, expand collaborative areas, and jointly cultivate high-quality talents aligned with market needs.
