Job Responsibilities:

1.Strategic Planning and Implementation:

Formulate annual plans and long-term development strategies for the inspection business in relevant Middle Eastern countries and regions in line with the company's overall strategic objectives. Ensure that business goals are consistent with the company's development direction and are effectively implemented.

2.Market Development and Customer Relationship Management:Take charge of market expansion in the Middle East. Identify new business opportunities, maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers, including oil companies, energy enterprises, and other potential clients. Participate in negotiations with key customers and the formulation of cooperation plans to guarantee the smooth signing and execution of project contracts.

3.Project Management and Supervision:

Conduct comprehensive management of all inspection projects in the Middle East, covering project progress, quality control, cost control, and risk management. Ensure that all projects are executed according to established standards, customer requirements, and relevant laws and regulations, and promptly address any issues that arise during the projects.

4.Team Leadership and Personnel Management:

Be responsible for the construction of the project team in the Middle East, encompassing personnel recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and the establishment of incentive mechanisms. Enhance the team's professional skills and service standards, and foster an efficient and collaborative work environment.

5.Quality and Compliance:Ensure that all operations of the project department adhere to local and international quality, health, safety, and environmental standards (such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001, etc.) to safeguard the company's brand image and reputation.

6.Reporting and Communication:Regularly report business progress, market trends, project outcomes, and budget execution to superiors. Maintain close communication with other departments within the company, coordinate resources, and resolve cross-departmental problems.

7.Crisis Response and Risk Management:Formulate and execute crisis response plans in specific complex environments. Promptly handle emergencies, including safety incidents, compliance issues, and customer complaints.

8.Continuous Improvement and Innovation:Drive the continuous improvement of business processes, encourage team innovation, and adopt new technologies and methods to enhance inspection efficiency and service quality.

Job Requirements:

1.Educational Background:A bachelor's degree or above in engineering, mechanics, non-destructive testing science, or a related field.

2.Language Proficiency:Proficient in using English and Arabic for work and communication.

3.Professional Qualifications:Hold a high-level professional qualification certificate in non-destructive testing, such as Level II or Level III (the highest level) certificates, which may include but are not limited to RT (Radiographic Testing), UT (Ultrasonic Testing), MT (Magnetic Particle Testing), PT (Penetrant Testing), ET (Eddy Current Testing), etc. Possess in-depth expertise in specific areas of non-destructive testing technology.

4.Work Experience:At least 5 years of working experience in the inspection service, oil and gas, engineering consulting, or related industries, with at least 2 years of experience in a management position. Have work experience in the Middle East, particularly in Iraq and Kuwait.

5.Business Development Capability:Possess strong market analysis, business development, and customer relationship management skills. Be able to identify market opportunities and formulate effective market entry and business growth strategies.

6.Project Management Skills:Demonstrate excellent project management capabilities, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously to ensure timely completion, budget adherence, and high-quality delivery.

7.Leadership and Team Building:Exhibit outstanding leadership skills, able to establish and lead an efficient cross-cultural team, motivate team members, and promote teamwork and professional growth.

8.Communication and Coordination:Possess excellent communication skills, able to effectively communicate with customers, team members, and headquarters, and handle complex interpersonal relationships and cross-departmental collaboration.

9.Regulations and Compliance:Be familiar with international and local laws, regulations, industry standards, and safety specifications in Iraq and Kuwait to ensure business operations are compliant.

10.Risk Management:Have the ability to identify, assess, and mitigate business risks, especially experience in operating in unstable political and economic environments.
