The 2024 Annual Work Conference of T-ALL Inspection successfully concluded on January 4th and 5th, 2025, Beijing Time, with simultaneous sessions held in Chengdu, Korla, and Jakarta. The event brought together a total of 160 participants, including leaders and key staff from the management level, various functional departments, business units, product lines, and project departments of T-ALL Inspection, who attended either in person or online. Together, they reviewed the work achievements of the past year and looked forward to the new chapter of development. The conference was divided into six segments: Business Analysis Meeting, Annual Special Meetings, Annual Work Style Meeting, Oath-taking Ceremony, Award Ceremony, and Dinner.
Business Analysis Meeting
The conference kicked off with the Business Analysis segment, where Zheng Xiaoyong, Secretary to the Board and Manager of the Planning and Operation Department of T-ALL Inspection, provided a detailed analysis of the company's operational and financial performance in 2024, highlighting both challenges faced and remarkable achievements made. CEO Guan Qingbin commented on the highlights and shortcomings of the 2024 operations, summarizing the year's work and outlining plans and requirements for the management work in 2025, aiming to adapt to the company's globalization transformation and rapidly changing market environment. Annual Special Meetings Next, the Annual Special Meetings commenced, with heads of departments such as Marketing and Customer Service, Human Resources, Technical Center, Operations and QHSE Management, and Procurement and Logistics taking the stage to report on their annual work within their respective systems. Each department deeply analyzed issues in areas such as customer perception, market expansion, talent recruitment, globalization capabilities, qualification construction, technology research and development, operation delivery, customer satisfaction, and supplier management, proposing specific improvement measures and future goals. During the summary session, Chairman Shen Haihong, Executive Director Li Pandeng, and CEO Guan Qingbin provided comprehensive and in-depth comments on each department's work report. They emphasized that facing future opportunities and challenges, T-ALL Inspection will unwaveringly advance strategic transformation and upgrading, strengthen internal collaboration and resource integration, and strive to realize the company's "50-Year Plan" blueprint. Annual Work Style Meeting At the Annual Work Style Meeting, various departments shared work style cases and made profound statements reflecting on shortcomings. During the summary, CEO Guan Qingbin encouraged all employees to build confidence, adapt flexibly, and jointly resist bad practices. Executive Director Li Pandeng presented a theme report on "Long-term optimism, short-term pessimism, and present happiness." Chairman Shen Haihong emphasized team cohesion, pointed out delivery issues, and called for the implementation of ESG principles to promote sustainable corporate development. Oath-taking Ceremony During the Oath-taking Ceremony, Zheng Xiaoyong first interpreted the business objectives for 2025. Subsequently, heads of various branches and business departments signed the 2025 Business Responsibility Agreement with CEO Guan Qingbin and made solemn pledges, kicking off the work for 2025 with high spirits. Award Ceremony The Award Ceremony honored teams and individuals who excelled in various fields in 2024. Award-winning teams and individuals delivered acceptance speeches, expressing gratitude to group leaders and team members, and demonstrating their determination to continue providing excellent services to clients, creating greater value for the company, and continuously improving themselves. Dinner The Dinner segment brought the annual conference to a climax. Everyone gathered to enjoy delicious food, appreciate wonderful performances, and celebrate the harvest and joy of the year. The raffle draw was particularly exciting, with lucky winners taking to the stage to receive prizes, spreading happiness and good fortune to everyone.
