Technical Features

The intelligent cathodic protection system is a remote wireless monitoring system based on the Internet of Things and oriented to the cathodic protection field. It mainly realizes the wireless control and measurement of parameters such as the constant potential instrument and the potential along the pipeline. Through the electronic map and the dedicated cathodic protection management platform software, various data of pipeline cathodic protection can be observed at any time. With the auxiliary analysis tool software provided by the system, the status and faults of cathodic protection can be evaluated and analyzed.

Intelligent test pile

· The first generation of intelligent test pile TA-G1 monitors and evaluates the working status and protection status of sacrificial anode or impressed current cathodic protection system, and monitors the interference status of stray current in urban light rail, high-voltage lines, etc.

· The second generation of intelligent test pile TA-G2 is based on the first generation of intelligent test pile. It adopts wind and solar hybrid power supply and is equipped with ER corrosion rate probe to realize the monitoring of pipeline corrosion rate caused by AC and DC stray current and the verification of cathodic protection effectiveness.

· The third-generation intelligent test pile TA-G3 is based on the first and second-generation intelligent test piles, realizing the intelligent ball following function for in-pipeline detection, pipeline displacement monitoring, and stress and strain monitoring functions.
