     Energy Measurement and Evaluation is to unify units and transfer accurate and reliable values in the process of energy production, storage, transformation, utilization, management and research. The target of conserving energy and improving benefit can be obtained through various methods, such as energy monitoring, analysis of energy consumption and benefit, and equipment management. The Metrology Inspection Branch is the first third-party metrology inspection organization in China's oil service industry to provide energy measurement and evaluation service.
