Manufacturing Supervision

Conduct residence-based manufacturing supervision for critical wind turbine components—including but not limited to the main unit, blades, generator, tower, and box-type substations—in strict accordance with procurement contract requirements, technical standards, and order specifications. This ensures rigorous quality control for clients.

Key Supervision Activities:
Define the scope and duration of supervision activities. Establish a supervision team and conduct relevant training. Develop supervision work plans and implementation procedures. Implement surveillance of critical component manufacturing and final unit assembly processes. Prepare daily supervision logs and provide timely progress reporting. Deliver comprehensive wind turbine equipment supervision reports.

Non-Destructive Testing (NDT)

Blades: Primary NDT method: PAUT for verifying the bonding width of shear webs.
Nacelle & Tower: Primary NDT method: PAUT for inspecting critical connection bolts. Primary NDT methods: UT, MT, and RT for inspecting base material and welds.
Hub Primary NDT methods: UT and MT.
Main Shaft: Primary NDT method: PAUT.
Pitch System: Primary NDT method: UT for inspecting pitch gear tooth flanks.
Yaw System: Primary NDT method: UT for inspecting yaw gear tooth flanks.

Grid Connection Testing

1.Wind Farm Power Quality Testing
Test conditions: The wind farm must be operating at at least 95% of its rated capacity during testing. The grid connection configuration must remain unchanged.
Test Parameters: Flicker, Harmonic distortion, Inter harmonic distortion (1) Test Equipment: Voltage Transformers (VTs), Current Transformers (CTs), Data Acquisition System. (2) Test Results: Flicker levels, Harmonic distortion levels, Inter harmonic distortion levels, Wind farm operating frequency.
2. Wind Farm Active Power Capability Testing
Active power variation during normal wind farm operation.
Active power variation during grid connection.
Active power during normal wind farm shutdown.
3. Wind Farm Reactive Power Capability Testing
Reactive power capacity validate.
Reactive Power Regulation Capability Testing.

Warranty Expiry Inspection

Wind Turbine Warranty Expiry Inspection is a systematic examination and assessment of wind turbine generators conducted prior to the expiration of the contractual warranty period.

Key Activities:
1.Handover Verification: Documentation (design, manufacturing, commissioning), Operation & Maintenance (O&M) records, Spare parts inventory.
2.Operational Data Analysis: Turbine status history, Availability, Power curve performance.
3.Physical Component Inspection: Unit-to-unit consistency checks, Subsystem functionality, Condition of major components (gearbox, generator, etc.), Auxiliary equipment verification.
4.Performance Testing: Power curve verification, Power quality measurements (flicker, harmonics), Acoustic noise emission testing.
5.Rectification & Closeout: Defect identification and rectification recommendations, Re-inspection of corrected items.
