Manufacturing supervision

In combination with the requirements of the procurement contract, technical standards and technical conditions of the order, the important parts of the wind turbine host, blades, generators, tower tubes, box transformers and other important parts shall be supervised in the factory to help customers strictly control the quality.

Non-Destructive Testing

Blade Mainly use PAUT to perform NDT on the bonding width of wind turbine blade web
Nacelle and tower tube It mainly applies PAUT to perform NDT on connecting bolts of nacelle and tower tube,and UT&MT&RT is mainly used to perform NDT on welds of tower
Hub Mainly apply UT&MT to NDT of turbine hub
Principal axis It mainly applies PAUT to NDT of the main shaft of the wind turbine
Pitch system UT is mainly used for NDT of pitch tooth surface
Yaw System UT is mainly used for NDT of yaw tooth surface

[1] Test conditions During the test, the actual operating capacity of the wind power plant shall be greater than 95% of the rated capacity of the wind power plant, and the actual grid connection of the wind power plant shall not change

Quality assurance and acceptance

The acceptance of WTGS exiting the warranty period refers to the systematic inspection and evaluation of WTGS before the warranty period specied in the contract.
