By leveraging IoT technology, various equipment, sensors, and instruments in the station are interconnected into a vast network. These devices and sensors can collect real-time data on equipment operating conditions, process parameters, and environmental metrics, transmitting the information via the network to a data center for analysis and processing. At the same time, 3D modeling technology is used to create three-dimensional visual representations of the station’s equipment, pipelines, and buildings. Combined with Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR) technologies, operators can navigate the station in a virtual environment for operation and maintenance training. For example, during equipment repairs, operators can use AR devices to access detailed equipment information and step-by-step maintenance instructions, thereby improving repair efficiency and accuracy.
