Corrosion Direct Assessment of Pipeline
Corrosion Direct Assessment of Pipeline
Internal Corrosion Direct Assessment (ICDA) is a continuous, cyclical, and constantly correcting process. It identifies and evaluates the corrosion sites and trends that have occurred so as to make maintenance recommendations and achieve continuous improvement. ICDA includes four steps: pre-evaluation, indirect detection and evaluation, direct detection and evaluation, and post-evaluation.

Technical Features

According to the data of pipeline operation, direction, burial depth, inspection, repair, etc., through logical modeling analysis and evaluation of the risk of liquid corrosion in the pipeline system, the corrosion rate of the pipeline is predicted

Can provide integrated services, including evaluation and direct excavation inspection, verification, etc.

Application Range

Applicable to various in-service oil and gas pipelines

Applicable to various stations such as oil and gas

gathering and transportation stations, storage and transportation stations, etc.
