Gas Leaking Inspection Technology

Gas Leaking Inspection Technology is a technique that uses helium gas to test the gas tightness of oil (casing) pipe connections in the field or at the connection point of oil and gas transmission lines before use. It is the most advanced leak detection method at present, and the key means to ensure the gas tightness of wellbore string and gas transmission pipeline, and effectively solves the worldwide problem of annular pressure production in natural gas Wells. At present, this technology has become a standard procedure for gas storage and the development of high-risk and highly sensitive gas fields rich in H2S and CO2. It has the characteristics of safe, reliable, sensitive and timely and wide application range.


Technical characteristics

· It can achieve air tightness under 120MPa pressure and meet high standards

· Quantitatively describe the air tightness with the leakage rate of small-molecule helium, which is more accurate

· Single point detection time is 1.5min, which is fast

· The factory end and field end of the oil (sleeve) pipe coupling are tested together, which is more reliable
