Job Responsibilities:
1.Market Development and Strategic Planning: Develop new inspection businesses according to the market environment, laws and regulations of the host country, and the company's global strategy. Collect and analyze the competitive situation in the inspection market, study competitors' strategies, and promptly adjust the company's own sales strategies and tactics.
2.Customer Relationship Management and Government Relationship Building: Maintain and develop cooperative relationships with relevant government departments, large enterprises, and other potential key customers in the host country to drive the sales and promotion of inspection services. Establish and keep close contacts with local partners to ensure obtaining the latest market demands and policy directions.
3.Sales Target and Plan Formulation: Shoulder the sales tasks set by the company, formulate and implement quarterly and annual sales plans to achieve the established revenue and profit goals. Analyze the local market potential in the host country, forecast sales figures, track sales progress, and ensure the successful completion of sales targets.
4.Customer Project Management and Risk Control: Take the lead in the bidding, quotation, negotiation, and contract signing processes for inspection service projects to ensure their smooth advancement and implementation. Manage and serve major customers, including solving problems they encounter during the use of inspection services, and handling contract modifications and price adjustments. Ensure that all sales activities comply with the regulations of the host country and relevant international standards, manage sales risks, and ensure the healthy and stable growth of the business.
Job Requirements:
1.Educational Background: A bachelor's degree or above. Priority will be given to candidates majoring in marketing, business management, non-destructive testing, or related fields. Those holding inspection qualification certificates from international authoritative institutions are preferred.
2.Language Proficiency:Proficient in using Russian and English for work-related communication and interaction.
3.Work Experience:Possess 3 - 5 years of sales experience, with relevant work experience in oil and gas field inspection, measurement, calibration, corrosion, etc. Candidates with an in-depth understanding of the local market in the host country, existing customer resources, and successful cases of developing new customers and markets are preferred.
4.Skill Requirements: Be familiar with the operation mode, regulatory standards, and market demands of the inspection service industry. Have excellent customer relationship management and negotiation skills, and be capable of effectively expanding and maintaining government and major business customer relationships. Possess strong market acumen and analytical abilities to capture industry trends and business opportunities. Be able to independently prepare and explain highly technical proposals and bidding documents.
5.Other Abilities: Have outstanding project management capabilities to ensure the smooth progression of the entire process from contract signing to service execution. Be in good physical and mental health, possess good professional ethics and integrity, and strictly comply with the company's regulations and national laws and regulations.
