Job responsibilities:
1.Strategic planning: Based on the overall development strategy of the company, formulate and implement the business development plan for supervision projects in the oil and gas industry, including market positioning, target setting, and strategy formulation.
2.Market expansion: Thoroughly study the dynamics of the oil and gas industry and customer needs, explore potential market opportunities, plan and implement effective market promotion activities, and continuously expand the company's market share in the field of supervision projects.
3.Customer relationship management: Establish and deepen strategic partnerships with large domestic and foreign oil and gas enterprises, accurately grasp customer needs, coordinate internal resources to provide one-stop, full-life-cycle asset integrity solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
4.Project management: Lead the development and implementation of supervision business for major oil and gas projects such as offshore platforms and long-distance pipelines, ensure the smooth progress of the entire process from bidding, contract signing to on-site supervision, and achieve expected business goals.
5.Team building and management: Build and lead an efficient business team, develop talent training plans, stimulate team potential, and enhance the overall business ability and performance.
6.Partner relationships: Look for and establish strategic partnerships with related enterprises in the upstream and downstream of the industry chain, promote resource integration and business synergy, and enhance the company's comprehensive competitiveness.
Job requirements:
1.Educational background: Bachelor degree or above, major in petroleum engineering, computer science, information technology, etc., those with overseas education or work background are preferred.
2.Work experience: Have more than 7 years of work experience in the oil and gas industry such as supervision project management and engineering project management, with at least 5 years focused on oil and gas project supervision, engineering consulting, project management, and other fields, and have rich experience in developing and maintaining major oil and gas customers.
3.Professional knowledge: Proficient in the relevant laws and regulations and industry standards of oil and gas engineering (such as API, ISO, ASME, AACE, etc.), HSE management system, and project management knowledge, and have rich practical experience in oil and gas project supervision.
4.Business ability: Have sharp market insight and excellent business negotiation skills, and be able to independently carry out business expansion and customer relationship management, and successfully promote the landing of major projects.
5.Language ability: Have the ability to work in multiple languages, and being proficient in English is preferred.
6.Qualification requirements: Those who hold national registered project management-related certificates such as registered safety engineers and second-class constructors are preferred.
