Job responsibilities:
1.Market Development and Strategic Planning: Based on the market environment, laws and regulations of the assigned country, as well as the company's global strategy, be responsible for developing new inspection business; collect and analyze the competitive landscape of the inspection market, study competitors' strategies, and adjust our own sales strategies and tactics in a timely manner.
2.Customer Relationship Management and Government Relations Building: Maintain and develop cooperative relationships with relevant government departments, large enterprises, and other potential key clients in the assigned country to promote the sales and marketing of inspection services; establish and maintain close ties with local partners to ensure access to the latest market demands and policy orientations.
3.Sales Target and Plan Setting: Undertake the sales tasks set by the company, formulate and implement quarterly and annual sales plans to achieve established revenue and profit targets; analyze the local market potential of the assigned country, forecast sales, track sales progress, and ensure the successful completion of sales targets.
4.Customer Project Management and Risk Control: Lead the bidding, quotation, negotiation, and contract signing process for inspection service projects to ensure smooth project advancement and execution; manage and serve key accounts, including resolving issues encountered by clients during the use of inspection services, handling contract changes, and price adjustments; ensure that all sales activities comply with the laws and regulations of the assigned country as well as relevant international standards, manage sales risks, and ensure healthy and stable business growth.
Job requirements:
1.Education Background: Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in marketing, business administration, non-destructive testing, or related fields. Candidates with international authoritative inspection certifications are preferred.
2.Work Experience: Possess 3-5 years of sales experience and not less than 10 years of experience in oil and gas field inspection, measurement, calibration, corrosion, etc. Those with deep understanding of the local market in the assigned country, existing client resources, and successful cases of developing new clients and markets are preferred.
3.Skill Requirements: Familiar with the operation mode, regulatory standards, and market demands of the inspection service industry; possess excellent customer relationship management and negotiation skills to effectively expand and maintain relationships with government and large business clients; strong market sensitivity and analytical ability to capture industry trends and business opportunities; able to independently prepare and present technically demanding proposals and tender documents.
4.Language Ability: Fluent in English and Arabic/Russian/Spanish for communication.
5.Other Abilities: Possess excellent project management skills to ensure smooth progress from contract signing to service execution; physically and mentally healthy, with good professional ethics and integrity, strictly abide by company policies and national laws and regulations.
