Job responsibilities:

1. Market development and strategic planning: Based on the local market environment, laws and regulations in Iraq, and the company's global strategy, be responsible for developing new testing businesses; collect and analyze the competitive situation of the Iraqi testing market, study the strategies of competitors, and adjust one's own sales strategies and tactics in a timely manner.

2. Customer relationship management and government relationship building: Maintain and develop cooperative relationships with relevant departments of the Iraqi government, large enterprises, and other potential important customers, and promote the sales and promotion of testing services. Establish and maintain close contacts with local partners in Iraq to ensure access to the latest market demands and policy directions.

3. Sales target and plan formulation: Undertake the company's set sales tasks, formulate and implement quarterly and annual sales plans to achieve the established revenue and profit targets. Analyze the market potential in Iraq, predict sales, and track sales progress to ensure the smooth completion of sales targets.

4. Customer project management and risk control: Lead the bidding, quoting, negotiation, and contract signing process of testing service projects to ensure the smooth progress and implementation of the project. Manage and serve large customers, including solving problems encountered by customers in the use of testing services, and handling matters such as contract changes and price adjustments. Ensure that all sales activities comply with local Iraqi regulations and international standards, manage sales risks, and ensure the healthy and stable growth of the business.

Job requirements:

1. Educational background: Bachelor degree or above, preference will be given to those in the fields of marketing, business management, non-destructive testing, and those with testing qualification certificates from international authoritative institutions.

2. Work experience: Have 3-5 years of sales experience, not less than 10 years of work experience related to oil and gas field testing, measurement, calibration, corrosion, etc. Those who have in-depth understanding of the local market in Iraq and existing customer resources, and have successful cases of developing new customers and markets are preferred.

3. Skill requirements: Familiar with the operating mode, regulatory standards, and market demand of the testing service industry. Have excellent customer relationship management and negotiation skills, and be able to effectively expand and maintain relationships with the government and commercial large customers. Strong market acuity and analytical ability, able to capture industry trends and business opportunities. Able to independently write and explain technically strong proposals and bidding documents.

4. Language ability: Fluent Arabic and English, or other internationally common languages, in order to effectively communicate with customers of different cultures and nationalities.

5. Other abilities: Have excellent project management ability to ensure the smooth progress of the entire process from contract signing to service implementation. Physically and mentally healthy, have good professional ethics and integrity, and strictly abide by the company's system and national laws and regulations.
