Job Responsibilities:
1.Technical Services: cooperate with international and domestic innovative pipeline inspection technology providers, integrate and optimize the industry resources, promoting the development and innovation of pipeline inspection technology, customize the complex inspection solutions to ensure inspection reliability and project delivery.
2.Technology R&D and Application: investigate international and domestic oil and gas pipeline industry and client’s needs along with industry trends and company strategic objectives, develop R&D plans and medium to long-term development strategies for pipeline inspection technology. Organize research on new pipeline inspection methods and verify their effectiveness, improving existing inspection techniques and processes.
3.Inspection Business Management: Manage all aspects of pipeline inspection-related services, including field jobs and business, ensuring efficient and orderly operation of inspection services. Manage and optimize resource allocation, covering equipment usage, consumables procurement, and personnel deployment.
4.Team Building and Talent Cultivation: Establish and lead a professional technical team, responsible for team member training, evaluations, and incentives, enhancing overall technical level and service capability. Coordinate internal and external technical exchanges and cooperation, driving technological innovation and talent growth.
5.Safety Management and Compliance: Implement safety production regulations, ensuring the safety of pipeline inspection operations and preventing accidents. Guarantee that all inspection activities comply with national laws, industry regulations, and internal company systems.
6.Customer Service and Market Development: Participate in technical coordination and meetings with key clients, resolve technical issues during the inspection process, provide professional advice and technical support. Explore new inspection service areas, track industry dynamics, grasp market demand, and increase market share.
Requirements:
1.Education Background: Bachelor's degree or above in oil and gas Storage and Transportation, or related fields,Master's or Ph.D. degree preferred.
2.Work Experience: Over 5 years of experience in pipeline inspection or related fields, including at least 3 years of team management experience. Priority given to those with experience in inspection technology research or quality management in large oil companies or pipeline operator enterprises.
3.Professional Skills: Familiarity with domestic and international regulations, norms, and standards related to pipeline inspection; solid knowledge of quality management theories and familiarity with various pipeline inspection techniques and methods; strong R&D capabilities, capable of tracking industry forefront technology trends and applying them to practical work.
4.Competencies: Strong sense of responsibility and dedication, excellent organizational coordination and team leadership skills,strong problem-solving abilities and independent project R&D capabilities,proficient communication skills, able to effectively engage in internal and external technical exchanges and collaboration, good command of English, able to read and understand relevant technical documents and standards.
