Job Responsibilities:
1.Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business development strategies for pipeline inspection in alignment with the company's overall strategy, encompassing market positioning, objective setting, and strategy formulation.
2.Market Expansion: Thoroughly investigate the dynamics of the oil and gas industry and customer needs, identify potential market opportunities, and plan and execute effective marketing campaigns to continuously augment the company's market share in the inspection domain.
3.Customer Relationship Management: Establish and enhance strategic partnerships with major domestic and international oil and gas corporations, accurately grasp customer requirements, and coordinate internal resources to provide comprehensive, end-to-end pipeline inspection solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
4.Client Project Management and Risk Control: Lead the bidding, pricing, negotiation, and contract signing processes for inspection service projects, ensuring their smooth progression and execution. Manage and service key clients, addressing issues they encounter during the utilization of inspection services, managing contract modifications, price adjustments, and ensuring all sales activities adhere to local regulations and international standards, thereby managing sales risks and fostering healthy and steady business growth.
5.Team Building and Management: Construct and lead a high-performing business team, formulate talent development programs, stimulate team potential, and enhance overall business capabilities and performance.
6.Partner Relationship Management: Identify and forge strategic alliances with upstream and downstream enterprises within the industry chain, facilitate resource integration and business synergy, and enhance the company's overall competitiveness.
Requirements:
1.Education Background: Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Oil and Gas Transportation and Storage, or related fields, with overseas education or work experience being advantageous.
2.Work Experience: A minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing or related fields within the oil and gas industry, including at least 5 years in core positions such as business development and marketing.
3.Professional Knowledge: Proficient in the theory and practice of inspection marketing projects, with a profound understanding of regulations, standards, and procedures in the oil and gas industry, backed by extensive knowledge and practical experience in marketing.
4.Business Competence: Possesses sharp market acumen and excellent business negotiation skills, capable of independently conducting business expansion and customer relationship management, and successfully driving the implementation of major projects.
5.Language Proficiency: Demonstrates multi-language proficiency, with fluency in English being preferred.
6.Additional Requirements: Exhibits mature self-management abilities and adaptability to diverse environments, embraces an open-minded internet-oriented mindset, and practices efficient and innovative work habits suitable for a cross-cultural work environment.
