Job responsibilities:

1.Technical Research and Innovation:Lead or participate in the research and development of new non-destructive testing (NDT) technologies, drive technological innovation, and solve complex testing challenges, particularly in the field of NDT for new materials and complex structures. Evaluate, optimize, and upgrade existing NDT technologies to improve testing efficiency and accuracy.

2.Technical Guidance and Training:Provide professional technical guidance to the NDT team, including technical training for new employees and skills enhancement for existing staff. Develop technical specifications, operation manuals, and training materials to ensure consistent and accurate application of technologies.

3.Project Management and Support:Coordinate internal and external resources, communicate and collaborate with clients, suppliers, and partners on technical issues, and develop customized integrated NDT solutions for clients.

4.Standards and Regulatory Compliance:Research and ensure that NDT work complies with relevant domestic and international industry standards, laws, regulations, and safety norms. Participate in or lead the development of corporate or industry NDT technical standards and procedures.

5.Technical Consultation and Review:Provide professional NDT-related consultation to the company and external parties, and evaluate the accuracy and completeness of testing reports. Participate in the investigation and analysis of product quality incidents, and provide professional NDT technical analysis and recommendations.

6.Academic Exchange and Collaboration:Represent the research institute in attending domestic and international academic conferences and seminars, and track the latest industry dynamics and technical trends. Facilitate technical exchanges and collaborations with universities, research institutions, and other enterprises to enhance the research institute's industry influence.

7.Strategic Planning and Reporting:Participate in developing the strategic and long-term planning for NDT technology development. Regularly report to the management on technical progress, project achievements, and future technology development directions to provide technical support for decision-making.

Job requirements:

1.Educational Background:Master's or Doctoral degree in Physics, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Testing Technology and Instrumentation, or Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Technology.

2.Professional Qualifications:Holds advanced-level NDT professional certifications, such as Level II or Level III (highest level) certificates, which may include but are not limited to RT (Radiographic Testing), UT (Ultrasonic Testing), MT (Magnetic Particle Testing), PT (Penetrant Testing), ET (Eddy Current Testing), and has in-depth professional knowledge in specific NDT technology fields.

3.Work Experience:Requires several years of practical work experience in the field of non-destructive testing, particularly in research and development, project management, or complex problem-solving. Technical experts may need to have experience in leading or participating in major research projects.

4.Technical Capabilities:Possesses a strong theoretical foundation, is familiar with the latest NDT technologies, equipment, and software applications, and can independently conduct technical research, optimization, and innovation. May also need to have the ability to design magnetic circuit structures, establish and optimize models, as well as extract sensor performance indicators.

5.Research Capabilities:Demonstrates strong research capabilities, able to write technical reports, publish academic papers, and participate in or lead the application and implementation of research projects.Good teamwork spirit and effective communication and collaboration with team members, other departments, and external organizations. May need to have certain project management, personnel training, and technical guidance skills.

6.Continuous Learning:Maintains awareness of industry dynamics, continuously learns new testing technologies and methods, participates in professional training and conferences, to keep professional knowledge at the forefront.

7.Language Proficiency:Proficient in both Chinese and English reading and writing to facilitate the review of international literature, participation in international collaboration, and exchange.
