Job responsibilities:
1.Strategic Planning and Implementation: Based on the company's overall strategic objectives, formulate the annual plan and long-term development strategy for the testing business in the Missan region, ensure the alignment of business goals with the company's development direction, and effectively implement these plans.
2.Market Development and Customer Relationship Management: Responsible for the expansion of the Missan regional market, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining and deepening relationships with existing clients, including oil companies, energy enterprises, and other potential customers. Participate in the negotiation and cooperation plan development with key clients, ensuring the smooth signing and execution of project contracts.
3.Project Management and Supervision: Comprehensively manage all testing projects in the Missan region, including project progress, quality control, cost control, and risk management. Ensure that all projects are executed according to established standards, customer requirements, and laws and regulations, and promptly resolve any issues that arise during the projects.
4.Team Leadership and Personnel Management: Responsible for the development of the Missan business team, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and the establishment of incentive mechanisms. Enhance the team's professional skills and service levels, and create an efficient and collaborative work environment.
5.Quality and Compliance: Ensure that all operations of the business department comply with local and international quality, health, safety, and environmental standards (such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001, etc.), and maintain the company's brand image and reputation.
6.Reporting and Communication: Regularly report to superiors on business progress, market dynamics, project results, and budget execution. Maintain close communication with other departments of the company, coordinate resources, and resolve cross-departmental issues.
7.Crisis Response and Risk Management: Develop and implement crisis response plans in the specific complex environment of Iraq, and promptly handle emergencies, including security incidents, compliance issues, and customer complaints.
8.Continuous Improvement and Innovation: Promote the continuous improvement of business processes, encourage team innovation, and adopt new technologies and methods to improve testing efficiency and service quality.
Job requirements:
1.Educational Background:Bachelor's degree or above, with a major in engineering, chemistry, environmental science, or related fields.
2.Language Proficiency:Fluent in English and Arabic for communication and interaction.
3.Professional Qualifications:Holding or familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, or other relevant international standard auditor or internal auditor certification.
4.Work Experience:At least 5 years of work experience in testing services, oil and gas, engineering consulting, or related industries, with at least 2 years of experience in a management position. Experience working in the Middle East, especially in Iraq, will significantly increase competitiveness.
5.Business Development Capabilities:Strong market analysis, business expansion, and customer relationship management skills, able to identify market opportunities and develop effective market entry and business growth strategies.
6.Project Management Skills:Excellent project management capabilities, able to manage multiple projects concurrently and ensure timely, on-budget, and high-quality project completion.
7.Leadership and Team Building:Outstanding leadership skills, able to establish and lead an effective cross-cultural team, motivate team members, and promote team cooperation and professional growth.
8.Communication and Coordination:Exceptional communication skills, able to communicate effectively with clients, team members, and headquarters, and handle complex interpersonal relationships and cross-departmental collaboration.
9.Regulations and Compliance:Familiar with international and local Iraqi laws, regulations, industry standards, and safety regulations to ensure compliant business operations.
10.Risk Management:Possess the ability to identify, assess, and mitigate business risks, especially with experience operating in unstable political and economic environments.
