Internship Content: Participate in oilfield field technical service and project management tasks.

Selection Criteria for Interns:

Directly related majors required by company positions, full-time university students, physically healthy, meeting the company's basic requirements for talent development in six dimensions (health, professionalism, informatization, globalization, entrepreneurship, and management), and fulfilling the basic job requirements of the position.

1. Health: Possess good physical and psychological health, able to adapt to challenging work environments, maintain good living habits, exercise regularly, and have no unhealthy habits.

2. Professionalism: Excellent academic performance, solid professional knowledge base, able to proficiently master and apply professional skills and knowledge.

3. Informatization: Proficient in using information technology tools and basic software operations to adapt to modern work methods and enhance work efficiency.

4. Globalization: Have strong foreign language abilities, capable of adapting to remote international work and mobile office environments, with an international perspective and cross-cultural communication skills.

Internship Duration:

Principally, 1 to 6 months.

For interns who perform satisfactorily during the internship and are willing to join the company, priority will be given to them in the campus recruitment process. Upon employment, they may be given an earlier position and grade determination based on their internship experience within the company.
