On Site Supervision

In the production and manufacturing process of drilling tools, drilling and production equipment facilities and other related products, supervision and management are carried out from two aspects: the effectiveness of the quality system and the compliance of testing and product quality, to ensure that product quality and testing quality are given top priority

Covers inspection of drill strings, drilling tools, completion tools, and logging tools. 2.Wellhead Equipment Inspection

Covers inspection of components such as the crown block, traveling block, hook, swivel, top drive, rotary table, drawworks, and mud pumps. Includes ultrasonic testing and magnetic particle testing of structural forgings, and penetrant testing for non-ferromagnetic materials.

3.Oil Production Equipment Inspection

Structural integrity inspection includes body and ange assessment, ultrasonic thickness measurement, and evaluation of connector conditions; seal performance verication involves high-pressure sealing tests, annular space sealing tests, and functional testing of subsurface safety valves (SCSSVs); valve and actuator inspection, safety system checks such as shear rams at the wellhead, pressure gauge and sensor calibration, re protection layer inspection, and corrosion and material evaluation including HS/CO corrosion monitoring and material compatibility verication

4.Well Control Equipment Inspection

Includes blowout preventers (BOPs), control systems, choke and kill manifolds, and separators. Inspections cover ultrasonic thickness measurement and magnetic particle testing of housings and anges; magnetic particle testing and tensile testing of connecting bolts; dimensional measurement of bores; pressure testing of sealing surfaces; and magnetic particle inspection of internal valve components.

5.Downhole Operation Equipment Inspection

Covers key components of equipment such as separators, winches (pneumatic and hydraulic), acidizing and fracturing units, water injection equipment, gas injection equipment, gas lift systems, cementing units, surface testing equipment, emergency kill systems, pump trucks, and coiled tubing units. Inspections include magnetic particle testing and ultrasonic testing of critical areas, as well as pressure testing of pressure-bearing equipment.
