In order to improve the skill level of employees, display the elegant demeanour of the testing technical talents in our company, and promote the training of skilled talents and the rapid development of the company, in March 2024, T-ALL Inspection carried out a special activity for the employee skill competition in the first half of the year.
This employee skill assessment aims to lay a solid foundation for building a better team to ensure that the team always maintains excellent professional quality and efficient work ability, and has completely upgraded the skill assessment methods for all operating employees. By integrating a variety of assessment methods, such as online testing + offline assessment, theoretical written examination + skill practical operation, simulation testing, etc., with safety ability, quality control, job skills, work delivery, and innovation ability assessment as the core, focusing on the theoretical knowledge of each technical position, QHSE management, attitude assessment, practical skill (operating procedures, standards, processes) and applications, etc., it comprehensively, fairly, and objectively assesses the skill level and work performance of employees, and more precisely identifies the advantages of employees and the technical space for improvement, so as to provide them with more targeted training and development opportunities.

Each product line focuses on non-destructive testing technology, oil casing and tubing testing technology, gas seal testing technology, pipeline testing technology, measurement testing technology, intelligent monitoring of equipment and facilities, etc., and conducts skill-specific assessments for employees in different positions respectively. Through the skill assessment of each position, the suitability between employees and positions is comprehensively evaluated, excellent technical talents are quickly selected, and it is ensured that they can consistently and stably display their technical level and self-worth in the testing business for a long time.
After the careful preparation and thorough deployment of the assessment departments of each unit, all the assessment preparation work is ready, and the theoretical assessment is implemented to proceed synchronously offline + online. Employees of different types of work are distributed in each assessment site, and each unit assigns test papers according to the job categories, which ensures the rigor and fairness of the examination. The invigilators at each assessment site arrive on time, are serious and responsible, and the employees follow the rules and discipline, and answer the questions carefully, and the examination site is in good order.

At the site of the practical assessment, the employees operate the mechanical equipment skillfully, precisely debug the electronic devices, and skillfully use various testing instruments, display the testing skills, and show the demeanour and strength of the skilled talents in our company.
