Guan Qingbin first introduced the company’s development history, business scope, human resource management strategy and future development plan to the leaders of the Human Resources and Social Welfare Department in detail by playing a promotional video and explaining. During the discussion session, both parties conducted in-depth discussions on the employment forms, local university student proportion, employee composition ratio, recruitment methods, and employee title evaluation of T-ALL Inspection Group. The leaders of the Human Resources and Social Security Department affirmed T-ALL Inspection Group's efforts in overall operation, employment scale, and university student cultivation, and emphasized the importance of university student employment for social stability and development. The Director and leaders from Luntai County provided the following suggestions for T-ALL Inspection Group's current work: First, it is necessary to further broaden the employment channels for local university students and do a good job in their career planning and psychological counseling. Second, it is important to strengthen vocational skills training for employees, especially university students, fully operate the labor model workshop, and advocate technological innovation. Third, it is necessary to clarify evaluation standards and procedures and encourage the company to expand the scope of title evaluation. Finally, both parties reached a consensus on the training of technical talents.

Subsequently, under the guidance of Zhang Hongbo, the manager of the national labor model, the Human Resources and Social Security Department led a line to visit the No.3 labor model workshop and the short section finishing workshop of the oil casing inspection branch. The manager of the chapter briefly explained the oil casing inspection production process, the scope of inspection and repair services, and innovative research and development. Director Parhat expressed a high degree of recognition for the specialization and standardization of workshop operations and said that technology is the core competitiveness and innovation driving force for enterprise development, and technical personnel are the core resources for enterprise development.
