The Artash Hydropower Station is a water conservancy project with crucial functions and remarkable achievements. It belongs to the China National Nuclear Corporation (CNNC) and is one of the 172 major water-saving and water supply projects identified by the State Council. It is also a significant project for CNNC to cooperate with the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region in promoting the strategy of industrial assistance to Xinjiang.

The Artash Water Conservancy Hub Project occupies an important position during the national "13th Five-Year Plan" period. As one of the 100 major water conservancy projects, it has received high praise from industry experts and is known as the "Three Gorges Project of Xinjiang". For the Yarkant River basin, the project has greatly improved agricultural irrigation conditions in the basin through effective regulation and utilization of water resources. Meanwhile, the hydropower station also has multiple functions such as flood control and power generation, playing a significant regulatory role in water affairs within the basin.

Upon learning of the non-destructive testing requirements for the Artash Hydropower Station, T-ALL Inspection responded promptly and immediately organized an inspection team composed of senior technical personnel to conduct in-depth and detailed inspections and exchanges at the site. After three consecutive days of close collaboration and communication, the technical team of T-ALL Inspection and the client jointly designed a highly targeted special detection technology plan. This plan cleverly integrated professional detection knowledge with the client's actual needs and, after thorough planning and preparation, ultimately won the client's full recognition.

After the plan was approved, the Non-destructive Testing Xinjiang Project Department of T-ALL Inspection Group officially received the client's work order on October 8 and immediately selected four experienced and skilled operators to head to the Artash Hydropower Station. In the following five days, they successfully completed the inspection and evaluation tasks for four units with their outstanding professional skills and rigorous and meticulous work attitude, and delivered the inspection results to a high-quality standard.

In this inspection project, T-ALL Inspection primarily adopted advanced unconventional non-destructive testing technologies such as ultrasonic C-scan and phased array ultrasonic testing, combined with advanced data model analysis methods, to conduct comprehensive and in-depth inspections and evaluations of the main components, critical welds, weld seams related to accessories, and bolts of the units. Through these efficient and precise inspection methods, potential defects and hazards of the equipment that could endanger production safety were successfully identified, providing a solid and reliable safety guarantee for the client. During the inspection process, T-ALL Inspection flexibly applied the latest detection methods in the industry and strictly followed high-standard inspection procedures, which not only ensured the accuracy and reliability of the inspection results but also brought a more convenient and efficient inspection service experience to the client.
