On November 28, 2024, a delegation led by Minister Zhou Huixiang from the Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Service Center of the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region's Industry and Information Technology Department, accompanied by financing expert Xiao Hai, technological innovation expert Li Dongxing, and digital transformation expert Yuan Gui'an, visited the Luntai base of T-ALL Inspection Group to hold a special "Benefiting Enterprises Together" symposium. This in-depth dialogue lasted for nearly two hours, covering topics such as technological innovation, research and development progress, digital transformation, financing and investment strategies for listing, and exploration of new energy sources. The delegation highly praised T-ALL Inspection Group as a newly recognized national-level "specialized, refined, innovative, and unique 'little giant'" enterprise this year and provided professional guidance.
Eight key members, including General Manager Tian Yongfeng of T-ALL Inspection's Oil Casing and Tubing Inspection Branch and Director Wan Ziyang of the Testing Technology Center, were responsible for reception and communication. At the beginning of the symposium, Tian Yongfeng comprehensively introduced the overall operational status of T-ALL Inspection. Subsequently, Wan Ziyang elaborated on T-ALL Inspection's current technical service capabilities and enterprise development needs.
The two sides engaged in in-depth discussions centered around three core topics: enterprise digitalization empowerment, financing and investment strategies, and technological innovation. Expert Xiao Hai paid special attention to T-ALL Inspection's corporate capital operations, banking financing paths, and listing preparations, offering constructive suggestions on performance indicator setting and corporate standardization before the initial public offering (IPO) and share structure reform. Expert Li Dongxing provided key support for T-ALL Inspection's technological innovation sector, gaining an in-depth understanding of its research capabilities, intellectual property commercialization progress, and the establishment of autonomous region and national key innovation platforms. He pointed out that as a company on the autonomous region's list of potential IPO candidates, T-ALL Inspection should focus more on compliant use of research and development funds, clear ownership of intellectual property, and maintenance and upgrading of innovation platforms in future technological research and development. Expert Yuan Gui inquired in detail about T-ALL Inspection's digital transformation progress, digital asset accumulation, and future development directions, proposing a strategy of "solving existing issues first, then pursuing optimization; overall layout first, then detailed implementation." He also advocated for leveraging intelligent AI technology to enhance oilfield site management, promote sensor upgrades, build scenario-based cloud platforms, and explore the practical application of big data in smart factories.
This symposium not only yielded valuable suggestions from experts in various fields but also demonstrated the high attention and deep concern of regional leaders for T-ALL Inspection. In interactions with external enterprises and government agencies, T-ALL Inspection fully demonstrated its excellent corporate image, strong technological innovation capabilities, and its firm determination and practical actions in actively responding to the national call for digital transformation. Looking ahead, T-ALL Inspection will continue to increase investment in research and development, comprehensively optimize its innovation system, and continuously enhance its digital and intelligent capabilities. At the same time, the company will further strengthen the standardization and scientific management of funds, aiming to become an industry leader, forge ahead bravely, create more value for society, contribute greater efforts, and actively fulfill its corporate social responsibilities and missions.
