In its pursuit of renewable energy and environmental protection, Tarim Oilfield has achieved new heights. The solar parabolic trough oil heating system is a key project that deeply implements the "dual carbon" strategy and upholds the concept of green development. In the construction of the Bozhi-Dabei trillion cubic meter gas field and the Fuman 1 billion-ton oil field, the oilfield has adhered to both environmental protection and oil and gas exploration and development, promoting clean energy substitution for oilfield production in a targeted and comprehensive manner. This initiative leverages the power of the Gobi Desert and its abundant solar resources to contribute to achieving the "dual carbon" goals.

The 4-megawatt solar thermal oil heating system at the Bozhi Processing Station can save up to 1,200 cubic meters of natural gas consumption per day at its peak. This system primarily supplies clean energy for the Bozhi-Dabei gas field, China's largest ultra-deep condensate gas field, helping to create a model for energy-saving, stable, and efficient natural gas processing stations. This oil heating system integrates various new energy technologies, including solar thermal heating of heat transfer oil, lithium bromide refrigeration systems, compressor waste heat utilization, and air-source heat pump heating, significantly enhancing resource utilization efficiency and green development levels.

The 10-megawatt solar thermal oil heating system at the Manshen United Station can save 3,000 cubic meters of natural gas consumption daily. This station serves as the core of oil and gas processing for China's largest ultra-deep oil field, the Fuman Oilfield. Leveraging the abundant solar energy in the Taklamakan Desert, it has deeply explored the potential for green and low-carbon production across the entire production chain, from oil extraction, gathering, processing, to auxiliary operations. By building a 10-megawatt solar thermal oil heating mirror field, it has achieved the optimal combination of efficiency and economy.

The successful construction and operation of these two solar thermal oil heating systems have significantly increased the supply of non-carbon energy in oil and gas processing stations, further enhancing the substitution rate of clean energy and reducing energy costs. This has added new momentum to cost reduction, efficiency enhancement, and green development.
