Project Supervision

The scope of engineering supervision involves oil and gas processing equipment, skid-mounted equipment, boilers, pressure vessels, pipelines, surface engineering equipment and facilities, tools, instruments and meters in the project.

Equipment supervision and manufacturing services: Provide full-process supervision and manufacturing services for the manufacturing, transportation, and installation of equipment and facilities purchased for engineering projects
Construction supervision services: Provide customers with project progress control, quality control, investment (cost) control, contract management, information management, and comprehensive organization and coordination for construction operations.

Non-destructive Testing (NDT)for Engineering

Provide non-destructive testing technical services for metal equipment such as boilers, pressure vessels, pipelines, compressors, and steel structures during installation, commissioning, and operation in oil and gas engineering.

Scope of Services:

Non-destructive testing technical services for new, renovated, and expanded oil and gas projects; Regular inspection of in-service oil and gas projects such as storage tanks, pressure vessels, equipment, and pressure pipelines; Online inspection and risk assessment of in-use petrochemical storage tanks, pressure vessels, equipment, and pressure pipelines in oil and gas projects
Provide detection capabilities for various non-destructive testing methods such as RT, UT, MT, PT, TOFD, MFL, DR, PA, AE, ECT, etc. Offer "menu-based" and "integrated" detection technical solutions tailored to customer needs Have the capability to implement domestic and international testing standards to meet the demands of both domestic and international customers Hold the approval certicate for special equipment inspection and testing institutions, the special equipment non-destructive testing institution level assessment certicate (Grade A), and authorized certication from China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS) 136 personnel hold qualications for special equipment testing, 32 personnel hold ASNT qualications, and possess 260 sets of various testing equipment including radiographic, ultrasonic, magnetic particle, penetration, magnetic ux leakage, phased array, eddy current, and acoustic emission devices

Through the metrological calibration of instruments and meters in marine engineering projects, a complete traceability system for measurement values is established. Provide customers with an integrated solution for leak detection and monitoring throughout the entire lifecycle of oil and gas engineering projects.

2.Maintenance Phase: Identify and resolve leaks through leak detection technology;
3.Operation Phase: Identify and repair gas leaks through the combined use of realtime gas leak monitoring and early warning systems and LDAR (Leak Detection and Repair) technology. Real-time gas leak monitoring and early warning technology is primarily used to monitor signicant leaks that occur during the operation of oil and gas stations, providing timely warnings to prevent safety accidents. Cathodic protection is one of the effective methods to prevent electrochemical corrosion of metals.
