Security equipment testing is a service that involves regular inspections of safety protection equipment used in the production and flow processes of enterprises and institutions. Including safety valves for boilers, pipelines and pressure vessels，and used in fire, chemical, petroleum, smelting and other fields of positive pressure air breathing apparatus, gas cylinders, gas alarms, power industry personal protective equipment, insulation safety equipment, climbing equipment and other instruments and equipment inspection and testing.

Application Range

•  Safety Valves Testing: Nominal diameter (0–300) mm, Pressure (0–60) MPa.

•  Positive-Pressure Air Respirator Testing: High Pressure (0–40) MPa, Low Pressure (-2.5–2.5) kPa.

•  Cylinder Testing: Hydrostatic testing of seamless and fiber-wrapped cylinders, valve inspections, and leak testing.

•  Gas Alarm Testing: Alarms for combustible gases, hydrogen sulfide, carbon monoxide, benzene, chlorine, hydrogen chloride, and other toxic or harmful gases.

•  Electrical Safety Tool Testing: Insulated gloves, insulated boots, voltage detectors, insulated clothing, insulating mats, insulating ropes, climbing pole hooks, safety helmets, and capacitive voltage testers.

Qualification and ability

•  China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS) Certificate (L6393): Accreditation for 326 testing/calibration items.

•  Certification from the Certification and Accreditation Administration of the People's Republic of China (CMA) (192315220108): Accreditation for 40 testing items

•  Measurement Standards Assessment: 73 items, with 20 authorized measurement standards.

•   Management System Certification (QHSE): Four certifications (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, GB/T 28000, SY/T 6276)

•   Special Equipment Inspection and Testing Institution Approval Certificate: FD1, FD2.

Service performance

•   Oil, pipeline, natural gas, chemical, pharmaceutical and other industries mainstream service providers.
