Direct Assessment of Pipeline Internal Corrosion (ICDA)
Internal Corrosion Direct Assessment (ICDA) is a continuous process to identify and evaluate the location and tendency of corrosion, and to provide maintance suggestions. ICDA includes four steps: pre-assessment, indirect detection and assessment, direct detection and assessment, and post-assessment.
Technical feature
· Predict corrosion rate of pipeline based on various data (operation, routing, depth, inspection and maintance) and effusion corrosion risk (relying on logical modeling analysis and assessment).
· Provide integrated services, including assessment and direct inspection
Service performance
· Service market covers: Tarim Oil Field, Tahe Oil Field, Southwest Oil and Gas Field, West Pipeline, Iraq Halfaya Oil Field, etc.
· 10 years serving experience in the industry
· Cumulative pipeline detection exceeds 10,000 kilometers
