Detection and Repair
The oil casing and tubing detection and repair technical services are aimed at providing solid and reliable inspection, repair, and processing technical services for oil casings, tubings, and sucker rods for oil field customers. This service follows the API and special thread-related technical standards to inspect, repair, and process oil and casing pipes in the base or at the well site, which is an important means to extend the service life of oil casings and tubings and reduce oil field production costs.

•  Authorized by renowned steel mills both domestically and internationally, including Baoshan Iron & Steel Co., Ltd.,Tianjin Steel Pipe Group Corporation, Hengyang Valin Steel Tube Co., Ltd., Changbao Steel Tube Co., Ltd., and JFE Steel Corporation.

•  Capable of catering to a variety of material types for oil and casing pipes inspection and repair, such as carbon steel, C110, 3CR, 13CR, S13CR, 22CR, 25CR, etc.

•  Continuous process optimization and innovation driven by a dedicated model innovation workshop, pushing forward the intelligent and informatized development of technology.

Application Range

•  Oil and casing pipe inspection technical services: Inspection and judgment of oil and casing pipe threads, body, and material;

•  Oil and casing pipe repair technical services: Repair and reuse of oil and casing pipe threads;

•  Sucker rod repair technical services: Inspection, repair, and reuse of sucker rods;

•  Steel mill thread processing technical services: Existing various steel mill qualification threads on behalf of processing.

Qualification and ability

•  API Spec 5CT, API Spec 5B, API Spec Q1, API Spec Q2 qualification certification;

•  Authorization of special threads for oil pipes from well-known domestic and foreign steel mills such as Baowu Steel, Tianjin Pipe Corporation (TPCO), JFE, with 14 items for oil pipes and 23 items for casings;

•  API thread quality inspection Level II certificate for 7 people, Level I certificate for 26 people, and 57 types of non-destructive testing Level II certificates;

•  Equipped with 4 standardized repair workshops, 4 special production lines, and more than 120 key production and testing equipment.

Service performance

•  Mainly serves CNPC, Sinopec, CNOOC, and the international market;

•  Annual cleaning, inspection, and repair of oil and casing pipes exceed 550,000 pipes;

•  Annual repair of oil and casing pipes exceeds 350,000 pipes.
