Mechanical Processing Technical Services
In response to the needs of oil field customers for processing short sections and various accessories and tools during the oil and gas trial production process, we provide supporting technical services around the construction of an integrated system. This is an important means to solve the basic support needs of oil field production, reduce the cost of oil field production, and not limited to the oil field, it also meets the design and external processing needs of various mechanical parts.

Technical Features

• Comprehensive qualification capabilities, technical authorization from well-known domestic and foreign steel mills such as Baoshan Iron & Steel Co., Ltd.,Tianjin Steel Pipe Group Corporation, Hengyang Valin Steel Tube Co., Ltd., Changbao Steel Tube Co., Ltd., and Japan's JFE;

• Multiple service bases in Xinjiang, Tianjin, and Iraq, with a wide range of technical radiation and rapid coordination;

• Professional technical team, capable of carrying out independent design and experimental work, with scientific research and innovation capabilities.

Application Range

• Short section and accessory processing: Supporting oil casing and tubing repair services, meeting customers' various short section and accessory processing needs;

• customized pipeline and tool needs proposed by oil field industry customers;

• Mechanical parts processing: Customized mechanical parts processing for chemical, agricultural machinery, military, laboratory, etc.

Qualification and ability

• API Spec 5CT, API Spec 5B, API Spec Q1, API Spec Q2 qualification certification;

• Technical authorization from well-known domestic and foreign steel mills such as Baoshan Iron & Steel Co., Ltd.,Tianjin Steel Pipe Group Corporation, Hengyang Valin Steel Tube Co., Ltd., Changbao Steel Tube Co., Ltd., JFE, with 14 items for oil pipes and 23 items for casings;

• 7 API Level II and 26 API Level I thread quality inspectors, along with 57 various Level II non-destructive testing certificates;

• Equipped with 2 precision machining workshops, 2 special production lines, and key production and testing equipment totaling over 120 units.

Service performance

• Mainly serves CNPC, Sinopec, CNOOC, gas storage facilities, and the international market;
