Petrochemical equipment testing is the non-destructive testing and risk assessment of new and in-service petrochemical storage tanks, pressure vessels, devices and pressure pipelines. Detect the internal and surface defects, including incomplete structure, defects and residual stress damage, to ensure the safe operation of petrochemical equipment, improve manufacturing process, improve production efficiency, and extend the service life of equipment.

Qualification and ability

• Special Equipment Inspection and Testing Organization Approval Certificate/ Special Equipment Non-destructive Testing Organization Level Assessment Certificate (B) /China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS)

• 136 people hold the special equipment testing qualification of the Market Supervision Administration, 32 people hold the qualification of the American Society for NonDestructive Testing (ASNT), 260 sets of all kinds of ray, ultrasonic, magnetic powder, penetration, magnetic leakage, phased array, eddy current, acoustic emission and other testing equipment

Service performance

• Serving domestic and foreign petrochemical processing and decomposition enterprises and other customers, a total of 100 new, reformed and expanded petrochemical projects.
