• Capable of meeting the detection and repair needs for various materials of oil and casing pipes such as carbon steel, C110, 3CR, 13CR, S13CR, 22CR, and 25CR;

• Process optimization and innovation direction is clear, with the construction of a model innovation workshop to promote the intelligent and information development of technology.

Application Range

• Technical service package: A complete set of technical packages for oil casing and tubing inspection, repair, and oil well tool anti-corrosion and anti-wax coating technology;

• Intelligent repair information management system: A self-built intelligent management platform for efficient and intelligent management of customer assets;

• API workshop standardization repair workshop EPCC services: Mature workshop construction capability, providing external process line design and layout services;

• Sales of oil casings and tubings: Warehouse management resources, agency sales of original factory oil casings and tubings from steel mills such as Baoshan Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. ,Tianjin Steel Pipe Group Corporation.

Qualification and ability

•  API Spec 5CT, API Spec 5B, API Spec Q1, API Spec Q2 qualification certification;

•  Authorization of special thread for oil pipes from well-known domestic and foreign steel mills such as Baoshan Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. ,Tianjin Steel Pipe Group Corporation, and JFE, with 14 items for oil pipes and 23 items for casings;

• 4 professional equipment supervision engineers from the China Association of Equipment Supervision.

Service performance

•  Mainly serves CNPC, Sinopec, CNOOC, and the international market;

•  A total of more than 1.7 million oil and casing pipes have been inspected and repaired, and more than 190,000 short nodes have been processed;

•  The API workshop EPCC project of the Huafa Oilfield in Iraq.
