Detection and Evaluation Services
Our detection and evaluation services are tailored to complement our oil casing and tubing, and mechanical processing technical services. By offering on-site technical and evaluation services such as factory supervision, warehouse inspection, well-site detection, and wellhead detection, we assist oil field clients in quality control across critical operation segments.

Technical Features

• Comprehensive qualifications from authorized parties such as Baoshan Iron & Steel Co., Ltd.,Tianjin Steel Pipe Group Corporation, Hengyang Valin Steel Tube Co., Ltd., Changbao Steel Tube Co., Ltd., and JFE for thread specifications, along with robust certifications from CNAS, CMA, DNV for detection and evaluation;

• Quick response and coordination to address challenges like remote well locations and difficulties in oil pipe transportation;

• Three professional technical teams staffed with 3 senior on-site service engineers, boasting rich field experience.

Application Range

•  Factory supervision services: We dispatch dedicated supervision teams to oversee the construction party's work quality throughout the process and issue quality inspection reports;

•  Oil pipe wellhead detection technical services: Our technical team visits the target well to perform wellhead detection and quality assessment on extracted oil pipes;

•  On-site technical services: Provide on-site detection, thread judgment, oil casing and tubing well entry evaluation, and other technical services for operation areas;

• Third-party inspection: Independent third-party detection, judgment, evaluation, and reporting for thread processing quality;

• Material property experimental evaluation: Equipped with material property analysis facilities to collaborate with clients on experiments, design, and evaluation work.

Qualification and ability

•  API Spec 5CT, API Spec 5B, API Spec Q1, API Spec Q2 qualification certifications;

•  Authorizations for special thread from renowned steel mills such as Baoshan Iron & Steel Co., Ltd.,Tianjin Steel Pipe Group Corporation, JFE Steel Corporation, totaling 14 for oil pipes and 23 for casings;

•  CNAS, CMA, DNV, and other inspection and testing qualifications;

• 7 API Level II and 26 API Level I thread quality inspectors, along with 57 various Level II non-destructive testing certificates.

Service performance

•  Since 2024, we have organized and represented the training of over 210 personnel in thread quality inspection and non-destructive testing, obtaining more than 240 certificates;

•  From 2020 to the present, we have completed well entry inspection and testing technical services for 55 key wells of CNPC;

•  Our on-site technical services and well-site detection technical services have completed quality judgment for 180,000 oil well pipes, with a 100% inspection accuracy rate.
