Technical Features

•  Accurate torque control: It can accurately monitor the torque of the upper and lower buckles to ensure the accurate torque of the upper and lower buckles; at the same time, it collects and stores the torque data of the upper and lower buckles, and monitors the construction process, plays back the torque data of the upper and lower buckles and does not allow tampering, so that the quality of the upper and lower buckles can be traced.

•  Tubing and casing from Φ73mm to Φ339.7mm.

•  We have hydraulic equipments for non-indentation buckling of oil casing of various sizes, which can meet the buckling of oil casing from Φ73mm to Φ339.7mm;

•  There are several service bases with 12 sets of equipments and 8 professional teams to ensure the smooth implementation of non-indentation buckling operations for customers;

•  We have a complete series of standards for oil casing buckling up and down buckles, which are applicable to a variety of specifications and materials of pipe columns.

•  The service of no-indentation buckling and unbuckling has accumulated more than 150,000 buckles in high sulfur gas wells and gas storage wells in Sichuan Basin;
